23 Minutes
After a few days off due to a cold, I ran outside again today. I did 23 minutes, including a big hill section. I felt pretty good considering I am still feeling the lingering effects of my cold.

2.5 Miles
Last Thursday, I did 25 minutes outside. I didn't feel really great before I ran, so I kept it to a flat course.

I ran outside today, doing 30 minutes. This included the longest uphill portion I have done this year.

2 Miles
I ran outside once again today. This time I only did about 20 minutes. I did some uphill running, so it was still a pretty good workout.

30 Minutes Outside
I ran for 30 minutes outside on Friday. This included a long uphill portion near the beginning. Overall, I felt pretty good. It is nice to be outside again, as it sure beats running in circles (or ovals)!

Outside Again
I was around 60 degress today, and while I was not able to run over lunch, I did run outside after work. I only ran about 2 miles, but that included running up a large hill, so it was still a pretty good workout.

30 Minutes More
I ran again last Thursday. I didn't plan on pushing my pace, but I ended up doing about a 9:15 mile for the first mile, and I was still able to complete 30 minutes (which this time was certainly over 3 miles). I was sore afterwards, but happy I had run well.
